The responsibility of ownership as well as management requires a reasonable level of assurance that the buildings for which one is responsible, and their components, have a suitable degree of protection against damage from the effects of the weather, and that this protection is reliable and long term. Sometimes indications are that this is not the case; at times it may be come apparent that adequate and reliable long-term protection from the weather has not been achieved.

The ultimate purpose of our consulting services is to provide the owner of the building, or management, with:

  • Reliable technical information they may use in addressing these problems; to assist them in deciding which course of action to take from the choices available to them.
  • To define those choices; to document the study that will be done to arrive at the proper direction.
  • To provide them a sound basis upon which they may commit resources with confidence.
